We take orders through our online shop for U.K. customers, however there are times when this may not be suitable, if this is the case we can take your order over the phone, we do require full payment at the time of order. For all orders outside the U.K. you will need to contact us by email or phone us with your order and once the total amount including shipping has been agreed we will either send you a PayByLink or our BACS details on request.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards shown below. We accept personal or business cheques, but funds must clear before we can either proceed with production or despatch a stock item. All on-line credit card transactions are processed through WORLDPAY. This is one of the UK’s largest payment gateways. At LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM we do not collect or have access to your credit card details. All information is collected off-site through WORLDPAY. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and all rules enabling us to be PCI DSS compliant. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently. Orders placed on the phone will be processed through worldpay and all telephone and email orders are bound by our terms

We will issue a pro forma invoice. Once confirmation is received we will create a PayByLink, you will then receive a direct link by email from WorldPay to make a secure card payment yourself

BACS payments from outside the UK: please note that all BACS payments direct to LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM account will be subject to a £7.00 Bank Charge Fee, this only applies to payments being received from outside the UK.

At LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM we make a large range of products, but due to the scope of our range and in many cases the complexity of manufacture all items are made to order. We manufacture all trim products and these are all hand made. This means that any lead times given or possible dispatch dates are an estimate and we endeavour to hit the times given. Please remember the dates given are the dates of manufacture and ready for despatch not the date of arrival.
Our products are HANDMADE TO ORDER – LEAD TIME IS APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS from placement of order/payment
(when only buying Insulation/Accessory Products – these are usually in stock, and shipped within a few days)
BESPOKE AND SPECIAL ORDERS
We are always happy to manufacture an order to your personal requirements but these are then personal to you and we can not sell this to another customer; therefore this is covered under our terms for Bespoke Manufacture unless faulty or we have made an error on your request we will not accept any returns on these items and we will repair or correct under warrantee any fault under the same terms and return.
So what do we classify as ‘Bespoke’
Any of our products that are modified to your own requirements which include :-
- Any modification of our products to suite your needs
- Raptor textured paint finish
- Luxury fibre finish
When choosing a bespoke finish colour online we will not guarantee the colour finish will exactly reflect the true colours, shades and textures as shown on your screen (including screen settings and ambient lighting) they will vary due to the differences in display settings and printing processes used
We will always insist that a physical sample be agreed upon ensuring customer satisfaction
All bespoke orders require payment in full prior to manufacture.
