We are confident that you will be delighted with your goods, but we understand that sometimes there maybe exceptional circumstances where you may wish to cancel your order before dispatch, or return goods unwanted. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
You are free to cancel your order at any time and for any reason before it is dispatched. To cancel your order we need explicit instructions from the person who placed the order either by email or by phone. We are happy to give a full product refund once the circumstances have been discussed with us. We will only refund the original payment method.
An order may not be cancelled after it has been dispatched or whilst in transit. It will be treated as a return. In this eventuality a full product refund will be issued once the goods have been received by us and thoroughly inspected.
The vast majority of returns fall into one of four categories, each of which must be treated in a slightly different manner:
- Unwanted or otherwise unsuitable goods
- Damaged or defective goods
- Broken goods under warranty
- Incorrect goods dispatched
Unwanted or unsuitable goods:
You can return UNWANTED GOODS in new and unused condition.
- You must notify us no later than 14 working days from the date of receiving your goods
- Returns must take place within 14 workings days from the date you notified us
You the customer will be liable for shipping the unwanted goods back to us (we can also arrange pick up at your cost) within this period
We do not accept responsibility for unwanted goods in return transit, so please make sure you insure the goods in question appropriately
Once the goods are returned, and have been inspected to ensure there has been no use, damage, or mishandling, we will then issue your full product refund for the returned goods. We will only refund the original payment method.
Damaged or defective goods:
You are free to return defective goods in new & unused condition for 14 days after delivery. You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of the goods being received and inspected by us, we will then issue your refund to the original payment card. Please note that the warranty given by both LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM and the manufacturers of other products will only cover parts. Labour charges and other costs are not covered.
Broken goods under warranty:
You are free to return broken goods under a warranty claim for the full warranty period after delivery. Your goods may be repaired or replaced, or you may be offered a refund depending on the decision of the manufacturer. We will send the goods to the manufacturer for assessment but the final decision lies with the manufacturer and you may have to wait for their tests to be completed. The customer must meet the cost of returns postage for warranty claims. We cannot accept responsibility for goods in returns transit, and so we recommend that you use registered post or an otherwise insured method. Please note that the warranty given by both LASALLE INTERIOR TRIM and the manufacturers of other products will only cover parts. Labour charges and other costs are not covered.
Incorrect goods despatched:
Occasionally the wrong item is sent to a customer. You are free to return these goods in new & unused condition for 14 days after delivery, you then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us. We will then refund you the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You will be entitled to your choice of an exchange for the correct item or a full refund. If you have been mischarged, we will correct the discrepancy.
