Yes, if you wanted a particular colour, you would have provide a colour sample, and we would try to match it as close as we can, there would be an extra cost for this service

Yes, again, if you wanted a particular colour, you would have to provide a colour sample, and we would try to match it as close as we can, there would be an extra cost for this service

WHAT SIZE SPEAKERS DO THE SPEAKER PODS TAKE?
Headlining speaker pods are 6" in diameter, 2" in depth, so would take round speakers 5" and smaller
Defender door speaker pods are 5"x5" square, so would take square or round speakers 4" and smaller

DO YOU CUT OUT THE SUNROOF AND ALPINE LIGHTS?
No, we cannot do this, as too many Land Rovers have after factory fitted sunroofs and alpine lights, so therefore you would have to cut these out yourself
The easiest way of doing this, is to take out your sunroof/alpine windows, put your headlining temporarily in place, and mark through the holes
ALWAYS UNDERCUT, and sand gently to the final finish

DO YOU SUPPLY THE SUNROOF AND ALPINE LIGHT TRIMS?
No, we do not supply the trims for your sunroof, you will have to re-use the original trim
Yes, we do supply the alpine trims to finish off

FITTING GUIDELINES FOR 90 HEADLINING
FITTING TIPS
Fit sun visors, additional interior lights etc.. before fitting of liner to roof
Use drive rivets only for final and permanent fitment
Fitting is made easier, with a second pair of hands
Headlinings can be drilled, filed, sawn using metal work tools
DO NOT USE AN ELECTRIC JIGSAW
DO NOT RUB HANDS OVER REAR SURFACE AREA OF LINING
PLEASE USE A MASK TO AVOID INHALING DUST
Early 90’s with outside roof ribs, first attach baton to centre of rear roof, locating between spot welds.
ALWAYS FIT REAR SECTION FIRST, hold liner in position, mark through pre-drilled holes, lower lining and drill. At this stage drill large enough hole to accept a small self tapping screw only. Reposition moulding and attach to guttering only with screws.
Repeat this operation with the centre section.
Before fitting front section remove interior light bracket if fitted (drill spot welds)
Fit sun visors to roof lining and drill hole for interior light if fitted. As with rear section, position, mark, lower, drill, screw to guttering, fix rear view mirror.
Reposition all 3 sections (STARTING AT REAR) re-drill with 1/4” drill using drive rivets supplied. (push firmly into hole and strike pin with a light hammer)
DRIVE RIVETS ARE NOT RE-USABLE, ENSURE ANY ADDITIONAL INSULATION AND FITTINGS ARE ADDED BEFORE USING DRIVE RIVETS.
Alternatively, use self tapping screws.
